The Proposed Aquatics and Senior Center will be located at the former K-Mart property at the intersection of Highway 26 and 27th Street. The Kmart building will be demolished, and a new facility will be built.
Site Selection was a community-based process where many possible locations were narrowed down to this site. Advantages include:
